Visually capturing how my mind works on a daily basis. Overcoming ‘anxiety’ is a normal struggle for me. Sometimes it’s spinning in a circle of thoughts others it’s feeling like you can’t move. I am aware of it and I do believe we all go through cycles of ups and downs. Conquering and over coming this in small waves each day makes my accomplishments feel that much greater.
Since I was a small child I have loved reflections and how they can be manipulated through light, movement and color. How many reflections are you able to fit in the mirror of mirrors? Where does it take you?
