Stargazer Lilies

I have never purchased Stargazer lilies that looked like this before.  These flowers seemed wild and free even though they were cut and placed along many others that looked similar to them.  This bouquet marked my husbands birthday in our house.  As always I was very excited to paint these.  They were flowing every which way and the longer I studied them their beauty transformed.  The colors were instinctual as well as the flowers themselves. Everything flowed out organically onto the canvas.
